Title: Collegiate Sports Medicine Physiotherapist  

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Shift

Salary: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 Yearly for 40 hours per week, Group Insurance Benefits

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Red Deer, Alberta (1 vacancy) 

Skill Requirements:


Education: Completion of university


Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities


Experience: No experience


Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English


Work Setting: Private practice


Area of Practice: Sports therapy, Acute care therapy, Chronic care therapy


Specific Skills: Assess patients' physical abilities, Administer evaluative tests and procedures, Plan physiotherapy programs, Select appropriate exercises, apparatus and manipulations, Maintain clinical and progress reports, Confer with other health professionals


Security and Safety: Criminal record check


Essential Skills: Reading text, Writing, Working with others, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing, Continuous learning
